The National Security and Organised Crime Division (SK) investigates and prosecutes offences that fall under federal jurisdiction in terms of Article 23 of the Criminal Procedure Code (including espionage and political offences, corruption involving public officials, aviation offences, explosives offences and violations of the War Material Act) and offences in terms of Article 24 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Procedure Code (including organised crime offences).
