Requests addressed to the OAG

Any correspondence with the Office of the Attorney General of Switzerland (OAG) must be sent in writing to the address below.

In case of emergency, please contact the police directly (police station or call 117).

If you wish to file a criminal complaint, please take note of the conditions and formal requirements set out on the page "Reports of criminal offences".

Parties: Submitting documents online

Under Art. 110 para. 2 CrimPC, parties to proceedings may also file submissions in electronic form. They must be sent via the PrivaSphere secure messaging platform. You can access the messaging platform by clicking on the following link (PDF is the accepted data format).
