The Forensic Financial Analysis Division (FFA) assist the OAG’s divisions that conduct criminal proceedings and deal with mutual assistance procedures by providing expert advice and support at all stages of the investigation and prosecution process. Irrespective of the offence concerned, the FFA is responsible for strategic activities and for analysing evidence relating to business, finance and corporate governance-related offences. This division has staff at all the OAG’s locations (Bern, Lausanne, Lugano, Zurich).
