Requests addressed to the OAG

Any correspondence with the Office of the Attorney General of Switzerland (OAG) must be sent in writing to the address below.

In case of emergency, please contact the police directly (police station or call 117).

If you wish to file a criminal complaint, please take note of the conditions and formal requirements set out on the page "Reports of criminal offences".

Submitting requests in electronic form

Under Art. 110 para. 2 CrimPC, requests may also be submitted in electronic form. These must be provided with a qualified electronic signature and sent via the recognised messaging platform PrivaSphere. You can access the messaging platform via the link below (approved file formats are PDFs).
