The Directorate

The Directorate is the Attorney General of Switzerland's advisory body. It meets regularly to discuss operational, organizational, technical, and staff-related matters, to deliberate on important cases, and to prepare strategic decisions.

In addition to the Attorney General of Switzerland and his two deputies, the Directorate of the Office of the Attorney General of Switzerland (OAG) also includes the Senior prosecutors of the three divisions "Economic Crime (WiKri)"; "Mutual Legal Assistance, Terrorism, International Criminal Law, and Cybercrime (RTVC)"; and "National Security and Organized Crime (SK)", as well as the Head of "Forensic Financial Analysis", the Head of "OAG Operations" division, the Head of Communications Service, and the Acting Secretary General. Regular meetings of the Directorate ensure the exchange of information and consistency of unité de doctrine. Twice a year, the Attorney General invites the Federal prosecutors responsible for the various fields of crime to an expanded meeting of the Directorate, at which cross-cutting issues are discussed.

The Directorate of the OAG is composed of the following members:
